FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand the problem, then schedule a site visit. On-site, we diagnose, explain what we’re seeing, and provide a written scope and price before any work begins. Once approved, we pull permits where required, execute the work, schedule inspection, and walk the customer through everything before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Master Plumber in the State of Utah. Years of field experience across residential service, commercial tenant improvement, and restoration work. Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current on code changes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the trades young, working commercial and residential plumbing across multiple states. Over the years I earned my master plumber license and built Priority Plumbing and Restoration to serve the Salt Lake Valley. We focus on doing the job right the first time — no shortcuts, no upsells, just solid work backed by experience.
