Pricing generally includes; labor, materials, sometimes travel, and most importantly the experience one has. A beginner vs expert can be night and day.

I cleaned a house with 100 windows with screens. There was a fair amount of hardware stains as well as smoothies stains from kids! It took just over 5 hours and the customer was so happy how she could see out of her new windows! (Picture in bio)
