- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price can range from $150-$250 a truckload. We can haul up to four truckloads at a time with our trailer. Our prices are never set in stone and can be adjusted or discounted, depending on the customers situation and schedule. We take pride in our customer service and helping people so let us know your situation and budget and I’m sure we can help you out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call and give you an over the phone estimate after that, we confirm the price in person before the work is completed. When all that is said and done we take all your junk away as fast and efficiently as possible. We are very respectful and understanding when it comes to the rules of your home and how are you wanting things done so we make it our primary goal to show up on good terms and leave on better ones. We look forward to improving our business anyway we can so please let us know if we can improve in any areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my wife both grew up on farms and ranches so we’re no stranger to hard work or dirty work for that matter. We actually really love this job and take pride into decluttering people’s lives.
