What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our bids are what we believe is the right amount to do any job correct without failure. We are happy to explain reasonings and to give you break downs on the entire bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get a good look at the job whether through pictures or an in person estimate. We then will send over a bid and upon approval of the bid give you an estimated time to finish and potential dates that we could start. We then work to finish your project at a punctual time!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between both of us 35+ years of working with paints/coatings.
