My approach emphasizes a combination of proper exercise, good nutrition, and following a healthy lifestyle. I am a NASM certified personal trainer with a B.S. in exercise science. I ran track and field at a collegiate level and have coached track for the past couple years. I have experience in helping clients of all fitness levels reach their goals! I have been working w Kurt for a couple months. I have seen great results that I couldn't achieve on my own. He has an all around knowledge of sports training, weight loss health and nutrition as well as a meal plan and is willing to work w my busy schedule. i have worked w several personal trainers in the past few years.
