- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Must pay a month worth of sessions in advance. Absolutely No Refunds. Cancellations will not get refunds. Rescheduling of appointments must happen within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial call where we will discuss your goals and then schedule a session where we will complete a readiness evaluation, paperwork and discuss a plan of action to reach your goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my NASM Certificate of Personal Training. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach and I'm currently working on my Corrective Exercise specialization.
