Did not show up, did not call, and did not value my time in any way after a confirmed appointment. I have no issue rescheduling but there has to be communication and follow up - there was none.

Details: Bathroom • Tub / Shower enclosure • Less than 25 sq ft • No; but I will buy the tiles myself
