I worked with Jay and he was fantastic! He gave me a fair bid for a stair rebuild and he did a great job. He worked around both his and my schedule in order to get the job done quickly without compromising on the quality of the project. He also gave me advice on an issue that no one else could figure out (I will be having him fix this other issue before winter comes). I am definitely using Jay again, for anything that comes up.

I had two exterior doors, a bathroom door, French closet doors, bypass closet doors, and a set of steps installed. Jay was very timely and gave me a good quote the same day I asked for it. He finished the job in two days. He really went above and beyond with the work. At every turn, there were complications, but he knew just what to do to finish the job and make everything look great.

Jay was prompt and very responsive in communication. He was collaborative and creative, and the final fence product is gorgeous.

Demolition of bathroom, installing plumbing and installing new water softener. Jay was prompt, worked hard and quickly. He was kind and respectful, as well as helpful with knowledge of the new system he installed for our home. I will use Jay for all of my needs in the future as he was totally professional and has earned my trust.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We don't have one set standard pricing. Our company has 3 divisions for customers to work with to meet the price, time, and quality requirements. We range from cost sensitive rental refurbs to million dollar white glove home builds.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The partners have various degrees in business management, construction management, and accounting. All our foremen are licensed and insured general contractors that have passed our rigorous 2 year Utah state approved certification process. Our foremen also have a minimum of 15 years experience which isn't that long since our mother company has been in business and serving the great people of Utah for over 35 years. So whether it's plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete, painting your home or building your companies first high rise, we are experiences and licensed to give you the exact finished project you dreamed of.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have 3 partners: Alan got his start as a young lad framing homes with his dad's company before he could drive himself to the job sites. He's built developments for the leading home builders in the state. Matt cut his teeth on remodeling with his uncles company and honestly can't remember how old he was when he tore out his first bearing wall, but let's just say he still talked at a higher octave. Jays pops electrical company (and failure to comply with child labor laws) helped spawn Jays love of shocking experiences and made the only Cub Scout in the country with a merit badge for wiring panel mains. We haven't been able to verify that part but it's a good story at least. These guys all grew up building and it's what they're great at. They don't golf, they don't surf, they don't have a collection of small well manicured bonsai trees they tend to. They build things with their hands and their proud of what they do.
