Jean has helped me work miracles in my life! Her kind and nonjudgmental spirit, extensive nutritional knowledge, and deep *personal experience* make her the perfect candidate for a health coach. She has a way of breaking goals into do-able chunks that not only makes change feel possible, but measurably achievable! She's also a talented cook and has so many tasty recipes up her sleeve that make changing your diet not only easier but genuinely delicious! FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $100.00 per session. Included in pricing is a book (usually something you are focusing on), handouts, occasional cooking OR wellness tools.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially you have contacted me about your interest in health coaching. I send you a 3 - 4 page health history via email, which you fill out before we get together. We then meet either in person or via FaceTime or Skype for a FREE 50 minute health history. If you work with me (via a signed contract) we meet every 2 weeks for 50 minutes over a 5-6 month period. It is a total of 12 sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Forks Over Knives Plant-Based Cooking School Certificate from the Rouxbe On-line Culinary School. Mindfulness Meditation Instructor through the University of Holistic Theology (Certification to be early summer 2019)
