- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-My basic rate is just a reference, the price may vary depending on the project. -The price upfront includes traveling costs (when needed), the finished product, and my hourly rate. If extra equipment is necessary there will be a small charge included in the final price. -Upon request, the client will have access to extra shots (additional fees may apply) -Unless is a special case, the client won't have access to RAW (unprocessed) material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure I can give you the best final product I need to know all the details: What are you using the images for, what style are you looking for (if any), the more I know about what you want, the best I can perform.
