Marcelo did an excellent job repairing our deck. From the beginning, he was responsive, communicative, and took the time to make sure the repair was done the right way rather than just applying a quick fix. He carefully explained the issue, provided a fair and reasonable quote, and kept me updated throughout the entire project.
Since I live out of state, I especially appreciated that he sent detailed photos and videos at every stage of the repair so I could see exactly what was being done. His transparency, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the work.
The deck is now secure and properly repaired, and feels so good to have peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Marcelo to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable contractor who takes pride in his work.
