Silverlake Home Restoration

This was a AT&T branch located in Park City. The reviewer who is giving me this review is from corporate who is located out of state. They contacted me first and told me they had all the supplies ready on the first day. When I came to the store the manager at the location informed me they didn’t have any of the supplies. 2nd time I came the manager told me management wanted to go half ass on relaying old carpet tiles on previous old areas where carpet tiles were at. I told the manager and corporate that going back with old tiles is not the smartest idea and it could be a liability issue if old tiles started coming back up which could cause a tripping hazard. The branch manager 100 % agreed with me. Corporate wanted to go as cheap as possible. I was not going to agree with their tactics. Corporate was mad that a simple guy like me was standing up against them and wasn’t listening to them. The branch manager on the other hand was a great guy who wasn’t in favor of what corporate wanted.
