Ale and her crew were absolutely amazing! I’d highly recommend their service to everyone. They went above and beyond to make sure my house was spotless. They did such an amazing job deep cleaning and they were able to clean hard water spots off of my shower and make it look brand new. They made everything sparkle and washed baseboards, walls, doors and everything in between. They organized my bathroom closet and room and made it feel so clean and organized. They were super responsive and made my house immaculate.

Ok so I was quoted 197 or 25/hr for cleaning one bathroom,one living room and one kitchen. I felt that was fair, if not a bit high. Imagine my surprise when 3 cleaners show up and take 6 hours to finish those 3 room. I was charged 400. Not only that but I bought them Wendy’s when they were here and they even charged me the hourly rate for the 30 minutes they took to eat the lunch I bought. Was our house messy the day after Easter? Of course! But I was still only 3 rooms total which only takes me about 2 hours by myself to get done what they did. Also, to not even mentioning 3 people would be coming and that it was 25 hr each!!! I feel like they purposely took their sweet time in order to collect a bigger paycheck. Also, I have had previous house cleanings with other company’s. One of which was an entire extensive move out clean on a 3,000 sq ft house for 500. There is no way in the universe that my job should have been 400 bucks!! Watch out for this company and make sure you verify how many cleaners are going to be coming. As for me? I alway be choosing cleaners that charge by the job from now on because I was not expecting to be taken advantage of like that. I should add that they did do a decent job, but DEFINITELY not 400 worth.
