I hired them for a deep clean of a rental house before it went to market for sale. This house was extremely dirty and grimy. I was amazed at how well they made it look. The attention to detail was amazing. I appreciated that I met with them beforehand and walked thru the entire house and pointed out areas that I wanted the focus on. They arrived when they said they would and finished in the time they estimated. Very professional. Great communication. I am going to hire them to do my home on a regular basis I was that impressed.

It's been hard for me to find a window cleaning service which includes blinds washing. I'm glad that Modern Cleaning Co. reached out to me. They reply my messages right away and set everything up really quick. The cleaning team came so on time for our appointment. They text you for updates which is very convenient. I also love how they text you the invoice and payment info, so the cleaning team can leave the house quietly. My windows haven't been that clean for a long time. The blinds are also very clean. Now I'm happy when I look out the windows. I'm very satisfied with the service. Will definitely contact them again for future service.

They booked us really fast and came right on time and started working. They listened to what I wanted in the matter of cleaning order and did a wonderful job. We have two little kids so the house is messy and they did a wonderful job cleaning and vacuuming every corner.
