Stepp Tech was amazing - not only did he update me about his arrival and show up exactly on time, but when he realized my project was more complex, he helped me trouble-shoot the problem and find a new solution. He was kind and pleasant and very professional. He cleaned up after himself and checked afterward to be sure the project was done to my satisfaction.

I hired Stepp Tech (Logan) to mount a television and wire an existing home theater that we had from our previous home. He is a hero. It was super apparent that he knew what he is doing and I felt like he actually cared more about the perfection of it all than I did. He kept us informed of every development and he even vacuumed the room before he left! I hesitated to hire him because he is new on thumbtack and normally I try to use people who already have many ratings, but his original quote was so professional and the price was great so I took the chance and I am pleased!

Logan did an excellent job for the two TV’s in my house. They look as clean as can be. Living in a townhome, he ran into some drywall/insulation issues and was able to fix it no problem—he knows his stuff. He was very thorough with his work and made sure that the work was to my liking. I’d recommend him to anyone!

I know the people at Stepp Tech personally and have had him work on a few things in my home in the past. He is well educated and very easy to work with. He always wants what I want and that's great. (He knows how to use a stud finder and a level) ^ It may be sad that I even had to say that but some people run around slamming tvs on walls and its less than stellar. Stepp Tech does great. The price is great without the sacrifice of qaulity

My pricing considers the current prices of local competitors and then applies a discount. I aim to be the most affordable solution while still providing absolute quality. As a one person team I have significant flexibility in pricing because I don’t have employees or families to provide for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send a quote with what I understand to be a fair price, and then any other details can be discussed in the messaging. I always reply as quickly as possible and I always call the client before our appointed time to ensure that we have all the needed materials.

Working for a family audio/visual company. Best Buy Home Theater Department for two years
