Introduction: I specialize in helping writers make their work clear, concise, and well-organized. The most effective and persuasive writing is that which allows the reader to spend mental energy on the content and ideas presented, not getting stuck on details and structure that obscures those ideas. This is what I focus on bringing out and helping my clients and students accomplish in the their writing. I have 6+ years of professional experience as a writer and editor of a wide variety of genres. I've worked as a content writer for a website receiving 250,000+ hits/month, a lead technical writer in the educational software industry, and a writing tutor to over 100 different students and writers. I've edited everything from short fiction and novels, to academic papers and theses, to web and marketing copy, to operations manuals and technical guides, to news articles and feature pieces. I love helping writers learn how to write more effectively and clearly. Good writing is good communication, and good communication makes people more confident and accomplished professionals and individuals. I'm passionate about using quality writing to build up my clients' and students' professional and interpersonal skills.
