We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and were looking for someone to come install the LVT we had already purchased, and we needed it on a fairly tight turnaround. Tyler came to see the job and got us an estimate quickly, and we were able to schedule the job in a very timely manner to fit our schedule. The floor looks great, and we really appreciated that Tyler was efficient, he got done what we asked for, and didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t ask for. We can’t wait to get our bathroom all finished so we can see how good the flooring looks when everything else is done!

The quality of work was very disappointing. I have learned that I need to double check the finished product before paying. The kitchen floor wasn’t leveled or prepared properly and there are multiple spots of a 1/4 inch bounce in the floor which will end up breaking the delicate interlocking pieces. The transition pieces between the LVP and carpet are either no secure or a mess of glue that didn’t hold things down. There was miss communication on what installation of baseboards meant so make sure to clarify if it involves caulking. But also disappointing that when replacing baseboards the old ones weren’t in condition to go back on and there was no discussion on that. Tyler just put the broken baseboards back on which has resulted in me removing them and redoing them myself. I was reassured that he could do the stairs around the railing but the results have a lot of wood filler and are uneven along with some of the nose pieces on the stairs being loose. I did reach out to Tyler and he came to look at the issues. He said he would come back and fix them but between him and his employees getting sick I haven’t seen them since and he has now stopped responding. Even when I just asked for the supplier name so I can have someone else fix it. I have been hopefully that he would still come and fix them but that has been since the 11th of February and I need to have the things finished and fixed. Not to mention the thick layer of concrete dust all over my kitchen and couch because they didn’t cover things during the demo. They said they would clean but it took me a week to get all the dust out and clean every surface of my house.
