- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 base rate. (I have a chart at bit.ly/repair_costs_chart that will have updated prices.) (If you have a recent repair from me that cost more than an updated price, you can ask for a return or credit towards another repair. $1/mile travel fee (for every mile I have to drive). $25/hour on-site service fee. (Most repairs at client homes are inefficient.) (This fee is waived for networking services.) Replacement part costs will be added to the total.

I ask questions and solve problems. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been around computers constantly for the past 10 years. I worked as IT support for a company that my mom worked at and everybody loved me. I went to a semester in college and did a SkillsUSA competition in 2015. I got second in the state for computer repair (The 1st place person was 34, had a double bachelor, and could read really quickly.)
