After reading an article on city weekly (July 08, 2015) entitled "Chesterfield, USA, the unsung rural heartland that you've never heard of, just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City", I decided to purchase a 1948 home just a stone's throw away from that area. I have to say I love the locarion, the rural feel to it and the proximity to supermarkets and everything else, but the home I purchased was in what I consider terrible electrical condition. The electrical wires were all worn out and corroded. I didn't even have a main breaker inside or outside of the house. I was even scared to plug anything into those antiquated outlets and something would explode. After meeting with different electricians I decided to trust Vince from VT Electric to update my electrical breaker panels and wires. Once the work was completed I insisted on asking him if he knew of a site where I could post a review about his work. I have to admit I am very satisfied with the work he has done at my house, and I highly recommend him. He was punctual, very attentive and detailed oriented, had a very professional demeanor and was also very friendly, respectful and easy to work with. His price/estimate was also better than the others I consulted with. Next time I have any electrical needs, he will be the first I will call. In fact, I have already shared his number with some of my friends. I would definitely give him ten stars if that was possible. Top-notch service, for sure! Fixing up an older home has been a challenge, but thanks to people like Vince, the work has turned out to be more rewarding than not. I can't wait to be done with all the renovations in my house so I can start enjoying my new ranch-style home just minutes away from the heart of Salt Lake City.
