James was great to work with. Communicated quickly, worked with our existing lab results, got the job done in a day. I'm so glad to have this resolved well, and would absolutely hire James again (although I sure hope I don't have to!).

I had James come out and bid to install new water-resistant laminate flooring. He arrived on time for the estimate, answered all my questions, and provided me with a detailed work proposal. He installed my floor today, as agreed and it looks fabulous. Now it's all ready for the baseboard.

I was a bit hesitant to have a carpet runner installed on some tricky wooden circular stairs done without any reviews. But after talking with the owner and hearing about his 25 years experience laying carpet I decided to try them. I had another bid by utah flooring and design but it was overpriced and I was worried it would just get contracted out to someone less experienced. They also told me we didn’t have enough carpet to do the job. I liked the appraiser but had no idea who would actually come to the lay the carpet and what their experience would be. That was he main reason I went with The owner, Nathan at BC abatement. I sent him pictures of the stairs and he communicated with us all along the way, and assured me he could do a good job personally. He was able to fit us in quickly and did a great job on some tricky stairs with a hand woven wool carpet. He was professional and his assistant was as well. They did the job in one afternoon and evening, cleaned up the area nicely, and listened to our feedback and responded on what we wanted as the job progressed. They also cut the carpet so that we had plenty left over! I’d use them again for carpet installation as long as I knew Nathan was doing the work and onsite with his team.

when I was 13 I started cleaning carpet and doing disaster restoration with my best friends father who owned his own business doing this type of work
