- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are pretty fair just remember : when asked for changes during the job don’t forget the pricing will change as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To go over and review the job that is wanted by the customer and to make sure we are in accordance with the schedule and the quote that is given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with a few professionals and along the way I learned a little bit of knowledge and skill from each one of them.
