What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial introduction (usually by phone), I would travel to the customer's home to measure the area and verify the type of tile involved. Then give them a free estimate on the price and time required to do their cleaning and sealing job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended (and passed) a 40 hour course in multi-surface cleaning in December 2015. It was in Glendale, AZ.
