Introduction: Hello! Here's a little bit about me and my practice. I have a Masters in Marriage/Family/Individual Counseling and have been practicing/teaching psychology part time since 2004. Over the years I have worked with many individuals and couples/ families from many walks of life. The goal is for us is to work together to increase your quality of life. With my clients it's a collaborative effort. I specialize in many areas of the mental health field (I.e. anxiety, depression, personality disorders, career, couples, autism, trauma, PTSD, etc.). Mark is a very professional yet personable life coach. He provides a working environment that is safe and non-threatening in which he can guide me through exploring myself, my weaknesses and my strengths, and then teach me how to use both to positively affect every aspect of my life. I know that when I am working with Mark, I can say anything. Even the littlest of little thoughts that happen to cross my mind are perfectly legitimate and I don't worry about him critiquing what I say. In fact, I learned very quickly that any and every thought that I have is absolutely welcome, valuable, and important. Mark's style of coaching is unique in that he doesn't just solve the problems that I present during our sessions. That would be easy for him to do, I'm sure, but it wouldn't benefit me much in the long run. Instead, he uses them as opportunities to teach me the skills that are necessary to effectively resolve the problems myself. And by doing so, I have enabled me to resolve conflicts, cope with trauma, discover solutions to problems, reach personal goals, and in many others ways to ahieve success!

Mark is an amazing life coach! He is knowledgeable and understanding. We have seen many professionals through the years, and he tops them all! Having a child with autism presents some unique challenges in our home. Mark has a background working with kids on the spectrum and a background in family/marriage counseling as well. His extensive knowledge combined with his non-threatening approach has been the perfect fit for our family. I highly recommend Mark!!

I can work out some discounts depending on how often we work together, referrals, etc.

Too much to explain here but it is a process and I will walk you through it. You will see results and change in a good way. Let's work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Psychology/Communications and a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling. Plus a ton of education in various areas of this field and energy work.
