Our power went out last Friday on our sons Birthday. Timing couldn’t have been worse! We searched on Thumbtack for an electrician company that could come help us fast. Most companies were charging very expensive service fees just to come out, but Express Home Services was the most affordable option by far.
Our technician Aaron arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. Explained that our main breaker was fried and the whole panel needed to be replaced. He was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
We are going through some financial difficulties and couldn’t pay the full amount up front, but Express Home Services truly worked with us and helped us get an amazing deal so we could get our breaker fixed and our power restored. Aaron even checked on us over the weekend to make sure everything was okay, and the owner personally helped accommodate our situation.
You can tell this company genuinely cares about people, not just business. We are beyond grateful for their kindness, honesty, and incredible customer service.

Aaron was a real professional! He was able to easily troubleshoot the issue I had with my ceiling fan. He finished it so quickly that I asked about doing something he didn’t come there to do. Install some outside lighting for me. He was happily able to do it! Would hire again. Very affordable too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work we do. We do offer senior and military discounts. Our estimates to complete work are no charge. If there is a problem or something broken, we do have an $89 diagnostic fee to cover our techs time to find the problem and provide you with options. It can be waived should you opt to go with the repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love our clients! We schedule our clients conveniently and in a manner respectful of their time. We can schedule with you via text, phone, or email. We use convenience scheduling so you aren't stuck at home waiting for us. We will give you a call with an agreed upon amount of time before the tech arrives. He will arrive in a marked truck and in a full company uniform. We are paperless, so the tech will show you options on an electronic device with pictures so you understand what is going on with your repair. He will wear floor protectors on his shoes to make sure we treat your home right.

With over 100 years of combined experience as it pertains to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, our techs will provide you with experience and solutions to keep your home running right. We train weekly on different topics to make sure our teams are ready to meet your needs.
