The tech was very courteous and followed my instructions very well. Jacob worked efficiently and did a good job. I was surprised that only one person arrived to install 3 toilets. They are very heavy for one person but he had no problem at all

We recently had Isaiah and JT from Elite Plumbing install a new toilet and garbage disposal in my home, and we couldn't be more impressed with the work. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Isaiah and JT were professional and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of our questions patiently.The quality of workmanship was outstanding. Both the toilet and garbage disposal were installed flawlessly, and he made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left. Not only that, but he left the work area spotless, which we really appreciated.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Isaiah and JT and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Isiah was great to work with. I was in a pinch to get a new water heater, he was very responsive and confident in his skill set. He and his crew showed up on time and walked me through the questions I had. I got multiple quotes and they were the most affordable. We will for sure be calling them if anything else comes up.
