- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonable priced. We do Free Estimates, and always have coupon, discount, or deal on our services. just ask. We accept competitors coupons (Not online coupons) Our price is outlined it never goes up, (unless it outside the original scope of work) We build friendships and hopefully life long customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet and review the project. Once at their home we review their scope of work. After the review we share our work ethic. We let them know that we answer our phone, call ahead, show up on time and when expected. We set up containment, and clean up after our selves. Having a great relationship with the home owner is as important to us as doing an excellant job in thier home.

Trade school, 24 years experince, multitude of various manufacturer training, continuing education classes.
