FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in doing the job right the first time. While we may not always be the cheapest option, we focus on fast response times, honest communication, quality workmanship, and professional service from licensed and insured technicians. Our diagnostic/trip fees are applied toward the repair in many cases, and we always discuss pricing and options before work is performed so there are no surprises. We also offer financing on larger repairs and system replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us, we’ll schedule a service window and send booking confirmation texts along with updates when the technician is on the way. When our technician arrives, they’ll diagnose the issue, explain their findings, and provide repair options before any work is performed. In addition to addressing the original problem, we also perform a complimentary visual safety check for common concerns such as gas leaks, water leaks, or other issues that could lead to damage or unsafe conditions. Our goal is to provide fast, professional service while giving customers confidence that their home and equipment are operating safely and properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on field experience along with ongoing training in appliance repair, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems. We stay up to date on modern equipment, diagnostic procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications so we can properly diagnose and repair a wide range of systems. As a licensed and insured company, we focus on professional workmanship, continued learning, and providing customers with honest recommendations and quality service.
