- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 49$ for the service calls and if you decide to fix the problem with us it's completely free, depending on the problem your appliance we discuss what would be the price of fixing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the client, then we arrange a service call, we take a look at the problem the appliance has, if it's fixable we can fix it on the spot, if a part is damaged and needs changing we contact our suppliers and buy the part and replace it so you have your appliance working again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience working with every type of appliances, ours technicians are trialed and are qualified to do every type of diagnostics and repairs
