Hello, Our technician Peter did, in fact, perform a diagnostic and replaced a sensor in the customer’s dryer on December 11 and 18. After the new part was installed, the customer reported that the beeping issue persisted. We requested a video to better understand the complaint and identify the potential cause. The video was not sent right away, but a few days later, and we continued to try to resolve the situation. It’s important to note that the sensor by itself does not control the beeping — it serves a specific function. In some cases, if the control board is also malfunctioning, replacing just the sensor may not resolve the issue entirely. In this case, the next possible repair step was the replacement of the control board. We did not pressure the customer, but simply suggested a possible solution after reviewing the video provided. We regret if the customer felt that our communication was not prompt enough — unfortunately, the pre-holiday season put extra strain on our call center and support staff. However, we never ignore customer concerns and are always ready to complete the work we've started. That said, if a customer is firmly opposed to having the same technician return, we cannot force the technician to go back against their will.
