- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straight forward. With us, you simply receive our full packages for one easy to understand price. Your end-of-the-day costs are comparable but with much less hassle with the bar service being managed by a company with vast experience and an excellent reputation. Our bar service includes everything needed for the bar including the alcohol, non-alcoholic items, all equipment needed, cups, straws, napkins, ice, coolers, physical bar (if needed), number of bartenders to fit your event size, coverage under our liability insurance, soda, and fruit infused water for the entire group. We do it this way so that we can guarantee an exemplary experience for you and your guests. Take the guessing game away from your wedding and let the pros provide your guests with an exciting, craft bar experience, everyone will be talking about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have met and decided on what types of beverages your would like us to serve, we take it from there. Everything else will be provided, prepared and taken care of so you can focus on enjoying the time with your guests, cocktail in hand!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a continuing education policy. On a weekly basis, we are looking for new and interesting ways to create a craft cocktail experience for your guests.
