- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We read all of the industry memos, newsletters and try and get up to date training from the manufacturers. We want our equipment and our customers to work as well as possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they are experienced in the type of job and work that you are looking for. Also, are they certified in areas that are necessary. Boiler repairs may require welding and that requires an R Stamp.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Everyone forgets about their boiler but for many without it you are out of business. Most think of it as a big furnace when in reality it might be doing a lot more than that.
