AAA offers fast, reliable service to clean up disasters - after the cleanup, they do an excellent job rebuilding. Lesson - do not leave toilet clogged in the middle of the night and hope you don't forget to tell dad! Upstairs toilet took out half of our kitchen...AAA was out immediately had the kitchen area secured to stop the flood from destroying more. They took care of meeting with the insurance adjuster, who was able to process the claim quickly as AAA uses the right estimating software so rather than the insurance haggling with AAA, they respect them and get the claim approved quickly. The final rebuild was done in such a manner no one can even tell where the damage began and ended. Highly recommend Don and his crews.

A few months ago we had an ice dam which led to a huge leak and lots of mold in our baby's room. Sheetrock needed to be replaced, carpet was torn out, it was a huge mess. When we first saw the mold and the water it was incredibly overwhelming to us. After contacting 3 different people we felt more frustrated than ever. I did some more research and found AAA. From the very first moment I talked to them to the minute they finished the work, it was a really wonderful experience. They made an overwhelming and discouraging situation into a smooth restoration. We felt comfortable with every person who walked through our door. They were honest and friendly and professional. They helped us receive the best benefits from our home owner's insurance and they were available for questions and concerns throughout the whole process. And all of it was taken care of really quickly. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company, and I would recommend them to everyone. We are so so thankful we found them and so thankful that our baby was back in a safe mold-free and water free room as quick as possible! Thank you AAA for the outstanding service and help during such a frustrating time!

Worst company I've ever dealt with-hands down. Lots of unfilled promises to come back and clean air ducts as their guys ripped apart my house. Left doors against newly painted walls and workers were just careless. And upper managements egos couldn't fit through doors. AAA Restoration was truly not concerned with our well being-but rather more interested in collecting a check. Steer clear of these clowns. I told Zach that I'm out of town on business and to get with my wife as she was handling things with the insurance as I didn't have time, but he was too lazy to follow directions and get things done. My wife is pregnant and dealing with a two year old along with two recent deaths in the family so I'm sure there was a lack in response time, but wow. Customer first right!? I hope you have a better experience with these bozos than we did. On the flip side, I'm sure they were frustrated with us and our mortgage company and insurance company were giving us fits, but that was 100% out of our control. Thanks for caring AAA.
