Introduction: I am a more than 30-year professional in the restaurant industry. I love to teach people the love of food just like my grandmother taught me. I can put together a party for 2-50, teach private cooking lessons, teach group lessons and go shopping with you to help you learn how to get the most for your money at the store or farmers' market. I specialize in Southern/Cajun cooking but there are very few food genres I have not worked with. I love to teach baking or to bake homemade treats of all types for special occasions.
