Introduction: The goal is simple: to produce creative and delicious menus. The philosophy, based on the idea that "you eat with your eyes first," is centered on creating wonderful presentations of food that taste as great as they look. My inspiration to create new offerings and contemporary presentations comes from utilizing the best seasonal ingredients from local partners and purveyors. My passion for food comes from growing up in a family where food was a big part of every event. It is an honor to be a part of so many celebrations.
