About
The goal is simple: to produce creative and delicious menus. The philosophy, based on the idea that "you eat with your eyes first," is centered on creating wonderful presentations of food that taste as great as they look. My inspiration to create new offerings and contemporary presentations comes from utilizing the best seasonal ingredients from local partners and purveyors. My passion for food comes from growing up in a family where food was a big part of every event. It is an honor to be a part of so many celebrations.

We hosted a retirement party for a dear friend, and Vicki did a great job of making it special. She added to her stock of champagne flutes for out event, did real plates, and we had an amazing young woman bartending. She helped in many small ways make the event special and billing and payments were very efficient and timely.

Vicki was great to work with! We used her for a team outdoor outing but had to change locations last minute due to weather and she was more than helpful! We had brisket, chicken, a couple salads, watermelon, and cookies. It was all delicious and she came and set everything up on time! Great value too.

We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience with Vicki and her staff. Our event went off without a hitch and the catering was excellent. Vicki was as professional as one can be and she even drove down to Provo from Salt Lake before the event just to make sure of the layout and staging areas so she could be prepared when the event came around. She was so accommodating with our needs and designed a menu around what we were wanting.

I knew Vicki Koncar had great potential when she was willing to embrace my 80's Themed Company Party. She helped me come up with the best menu to go with the theme, some diet restrictions, and location all within my budget. She even provided theme color paper goods, theme name cards for the food items (i.e. Pretty in Pink Lemonade), and served Pac-Man cookies! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the ample food. Thank you Vicki for helping to make my event a success. I look forward to potentially using you again in the future.

We used Vicki for a promotion party at the Officer's Club on Camp Williams 1/21/17. I hired her from two states away and didn't know her, except from other reviews, so I had to put a lot of trust in her. Vicki was great to work with. She helped me work within my budget to make a plan I was excited about. She arrived on time and set up quickly. When she set everything up, the spread was beautiful and generous. People raved about both the spinach/artichoke dip and the meatballs. She came back and took everything down while the party was going on but was so quiet, no one even noticed. I wish I had provided some tupperware so that I could have kept the food we purchased but didn't eat. As of the date I am writing this review, I don't have the photos from the photographer. I will try to post pics when I have them. I definitely recommend Vicki Koncar and will use her again.
