First they installed a new breaker, desiccated circuit, ran cable through the walls and ceiling from the basement to the upstairs dining room, and then installed a series of built in chefs heating lamps. They responded quickly. Gave me a fair price. Did the work on time. They were kind and polite and did a very quality job. I appreciated that they answered questions. They did so good on my posted job that I hired them for a second job they already completed. They installed new switches in two rooms, ran wires in the ceiling and walls off existing circuits, and installed four spot lights for accent lighting on walls. High quality and very helpful. Home run. I will call them."See more

Jeff H. says, "I needed an outdoor outlet installed. Pros: Red Castle Electric was able to come very quickly which was most important to me. I thought they were going to have to drill through my house’s foundation but they determined they didn’t. They were also able to use my existing breaker. They also didn’t need to run conduit as they were able to mount the box on the side of my house. And it works. That’s a plus. Cons: We discussed the job beforehand and someone came out to look. Quoted $300. But the total was $325; a surprise considering no conduit was needed. The box is loose-ish on the house. Overall. I’d use them again, but would ask more questions about the quote."See more

I was leaving on a trip, so he scheduled an additional visit upon my return. Gibson did return and upon his further invention, he discovered that the equipment was the issue and not anything electrical. Gibson exceed my expectation. For that, I will use Whipple Service Champions in the future."See more
