Dawes has cleaned my house and office. You wouldn’t believe the before and after (too bad I didn’t take pictures)! Just with the thorough vacuuming my carpets looked like new, I have 2 cats. The bathrooms always shine and they get the high dusting also, which is my pet peeve with other cleaners. They inspect their work and make sure that they follow up with me to make sure they are focusing on what I need.

I asked for a clean for my condo, including a deep clean for the kitchen and bathroom. When Manuela arrived (an hour late) there was confusion as she somehow thought I only needed the fridge cleaned. Once we straightened that out I left the condo. When I got back home the place was absolutely not deep cleaned. I sent Dawes MULTIPLE pictures showing areas that hadn’t been touched, let alone deep cleaned (for example I moved soaps in the shower and she had not cleaned behind those). She did say they would come back and fix anything free of charge so I had them come back a few days later. They did fix what I asked but did not go back over anything. For example they did not clean the floors again. They did nothing besides what I specifically asked for to be fixed. After all the headache I went through I would have thought they’d make everything absolutely spotless. Based on their lateness and poor job I would not use them again. This cleaning should have been significantly discounted for the trouble I went through in an already stressful time of moving.

Not worth the money at all, very very unsatisfied with the quality of work. They estimated it would take 4 hrs for 2 people to finish. They showed up with 3 people and they "finished" in just under 1 hr to clean my 3 bed 3 bath 2200 sqft house. I was working so I was not able to really review the work until after work. The person vacuuming didn't move anything and did not get close to the walls at all and didn't have the beater/brush in the vacuum turned on. The person dusting didn't dust from edge to edge they just poked around with the duster totally missing most surfaces. looks like none of the pictures on the walls where dusted. Looks like they spent most of the time in the kitchen and even with that there is still oil on the controls of my stove. I spent another 2 hrs cleaning after work just to finish up some of what they left behind.
