- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Prices are based on the size, type, and frequency of the work to be done. Have a friendly staff member come by today to give you the right price every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us or email and even text us your name and address where you need services. We will follow up generally within 5 minutes or less to set up a meeting. Then we determine with you as quickly or as long as you need to get the project outlined to match the service request. Then together we agree on a price and set up a date of service and billing. Work is completed and then billed upon completion or on a regular scheduled time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Staff have a minimum of 5-10 years in our service fields. Generally, all have over 10 years of experience and then receive on going management and training on all up-to-date service tools and processes.
