- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 per half hour for on-site service $60 per hour for in-shop service There is a $15 time and milage charge for on-site or pickup/drop off. This charge is on the initial service only if multiple trips are required for a single service and may be cancelled at my discretion. Parts are always charged separately. Deployments of any size are negotiated and charged on a contract basis. Consulting is at $60 per hour

I have an AS in General Studies I have diverse certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTia
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at Packard Bell in the early 90's because of a friend working there.
