- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we set up an appointment to meet the client on site to review the project. This is a free appointment in which we discuss options and offer a quote free of charge. If the client accepts the quote, we offer a paper contract to sign. Then both parties agree on an estimated (weather depending) start and finish date. Finally we make the client’s vision a reality!
