Landon was amazing. He went to my property without requiring me to be there. (It was a bit of a drive for me so this was super helpful). He then evaluated the driveway and sidewalks, called the city on his own to investigate who would be responsible for the sidewalk portion, called me afterward, shared what he had learned and then offered to either do his best with a horrible driveway or to understand if I chose to forego the lifting and replace the concrete. Although it meant less work for him, he recommended the replacement. He seemed like a great guy with a ton of integrity. So much so that I asked if I could leave him a review even though I didn't end up hiring him which is why I'm here. Being involved in the real estate industry, I'll be looking for ways send him opportunities for more work. Thanks Landon!
