Pat was amazing!! He got us on his schedule in a very short time, and then showed up and worked really hard for days. Our exterior wall was an absolute shambles, the paint had all been peeling off of it and the brick underneath was showing in very unsightly patches. By the time Pat had finished, neighbors were walking up to me to give me compliments on how great our exterior wall looked!! | 100% recommend Pat and his company, in fact I have shared the number with people already. Independent contractor PM Painter (Pat) does solid work at a great price. Hired for a garage floor water proofing job that turned out to be far more difficult than anticipated. Nevertheless, he stuck to his original bid and I hired him for a second job. Would hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on difficulty—not size of the job. If a job is going to take me 8 hours or less, I’ll bill $100/hour, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat everyone the same. I always respond ASAP and I try to always be a perfectionist. Getting callbacks is not something I’m known for…
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a Contractor in High School, then started PM Painter 3 years ago! I’m 25 years young :)
