- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a mid-tier priced DJ / Entertainment and sound service. Our price structure is based on in-season and high demand dates. Premium dates are most Saturday afternoon / evenings from May to September. All other days have variable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call to discuss needs, venue and features. 2. Send out bid and booking information. 3. Have follow on call and potential walk through meeting once agenda and plans are finalized
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years DJing, 28 years managing professional services businesses. Certified PMP, CCNP, ITIL Foundations and COMP-TIA+ in my profession and vendor trained on EV, Shure, Sennhieser, JBL and Pioneer Adudio equipment along with various professional development trainings for public speaking, music and sound engineering.
