- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on event type, coverage time and production needs. Most full wedding clients invest around $1,000–$1,500+, while shorter events and private parties may require less coverage. Once we understand your event, we'll recommend the setup that makes sense rather than adding services you don't need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't believe great events come from a pre-made playlist. We take the time to understand your vision, your guests, and the kind of energy you want throughout the night. Then we use real crowd reading and 16+ years of experience to adjust in the moment knowing when to build the energy, when to switch directions, and when we've found what the dance floor wants. The goal isn't just to play good music. It's to create a night that feels like your event and keeps your guests engaged from beginning to end.
