They used my spouse’s info that was previously on file, instead of my info that I submitted in my request. That caused some confusion and delay, and then they also came several hours late. But the electrician was very very helpful and professional and easy to communicate with when he got here.

Coby was awesome! Educated me through the process and recommended other options to keep our fuse from blowing in the future seeing as I often use to many high voltage appliances on the same circuit. Fixed the 2 outlets that weren't working and replaced the fuse. Will definitely contact them again! Thank you.
