- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge $45hr doing time and material and I don't mark up the material the customer pays what I pay. If I bid a job I try to estimate the hrs and material as accuatly as I. Can I can usually get it. Pretty close
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm pretty reasonable and fair I'm not out to become a rich and I don't like the reputation that service plumbers have created for my trade. If you use a service company they charge a lot of money and most of them are not licences plumbers. Especially the rooter company's. There is a lot of knowledge behind my trade and I like to be compensated for it. But I understand we can't all afford to pay top dollar so I try to be far and honest. If something isn't broke I don't fix it.i
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a plumbing apprentiship in 1998 after four years of trade school and four years of on the job training. Plumbing new construction, residential, commercial, and industrial. Working as a plumber for over twenty years hand in hand with all the trades. The Plumber is there with the footing and foundation crews all the way through to the finish crews.picking up knowledge all along the way VERSITILE!!!!!!
