Hole in the Wall Drywallrepair was exceptional in every way, from the initial contact, excellent communication and outstanding craftsmanship. After completing the work, our ceilings look brand new. They were also thorough about covering the area during work and spotless cleanup to finish the job. Will definitely be using them again!

Hole In The Wall Drywall Repair East Salt Lake's reply
Alex, thank you for your feedback. You're right to expect a professional and respectful experience when reaching out for an estimate. My comments were inappropriate, and I sincerely apologize. I exercised poor judgment in that interaction, and it does not reflect the standards of customer service we strive to deliver at Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and will use the experience to do better going forward.

McKay Judd was terrific to work with. The work was done on time, and the work was excellent quality. I would definitely use his services again and I highly recommend him if you ever need drywallrepair.
Great experience with replacing drywall and prep for paint post basement flood. He also took care of a finicky door for us-/ thanks!

Dry wall repair was great, they came back to fix some aggressive wall texture that was applied and made sure I was happy with the finish.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, upfront pricing! And guarantee our work for a year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get pictures of the hole you want fixed and then if we think we need more, we like to call the customer and schedule time to take a look in person. There is no charge for us to take a look and provide an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs have years of drywall experience. We do not hire anyone with less than years direct experience and even then we train on our process to match texture and provide the best solutions possible.
