- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a referral program for clients. Receive 5% of the cost of your project back if someone you refer to me hires me. There is a $30 estimate fee that is waived if you hire me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend time listening to new clients to understand the problem(s) and their concerns. Next, I explain the different options and process for fixing the problem(s). Client comfort and understanding is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in electonics engineering and an MBA. I have extensive experience working as a master electrician and working on low voltage projects.
