- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SAMPLE package -1-hour shoot: $150 -Travel fee applies for 15 mile + drive: $25 -$50 deposit to hold your day (varies depending on length of event. Deposit goes towards the total amount) Cancellation policy: deposit fully refundable within 48 hours. Partial deposit is refundable after 48 hrs depending on how far out your photo shoot is
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Message or phone call to determine if we are a good fit -Discuss your vision, the vibe/feeling you wish to capture, and location -Set up the day and time of the shoot -Deposit required to hold your appointment. This will go towards the total amount. -Your special day captured -Full payment required the day of the shoot -I will make a few pictures available the day of -Edit # pictures in color, same # in black and white -Your pictures will be ready within 2 weeks from the shoot
