Josh was able to come out same day. He wasn’t able to complete the job (due to an unforeseen issue with prior plumber’s installation), but explained the problem clearly and gave a referral for someone who could help. Ended up charging a very reasonable fee (far below the quote for the finished job). Friendly and capable.

Josh was awesome! Super nice dude and made time in his schedule as quickly as he could for our project. He removed an old drop in sink for us and replaced it with a new one. He had all of the necessary spare parts on hand and even hauled our old sink away to a donation site. 10/10 would recommend for any plumbing needs!

Such a fabulous job!! Not only did he fix my disposal, but he also fixed my sink faucet and adjusted the pressure on my water heater! Beautiful job! He also took the time to give me some advice on other home issues. Would definitely use him again for any other issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally try to keep my prices on the lower side. I do this part-time outside my regular full-time job so it isn't main income source.
I will discount a few tasks in one visit, this works better for me and for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get familiar with what your need are and your availability for the job. Then we can discuss details and make sure I have a good idea of what you would like and everything needed to get the job done to your specifications
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of hands on and working with different people and homes. Always looking to learn more and different trades
