- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally try to keep my prices on the lower side. I do this part-time outside my regular full-time job so it isn't main income source. I will discount a few tasks in one visit, this works better for me and for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get familiar with what your need are and your availability for the job. Then we can discuss details and make sure I have a good idea of what you would like and everything needed to get the job done to your specifications
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of hands on and working with different people and homes. Always looking to learn more and different trades
