- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at the age of 13 as a dishwasher and in 2 weeks became the head of room service at the Airport Hilton. Working through all stations from kitchen to front desk, I passed up Law school to run my own Bed and Breakfest someday.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Food and more food. Drinks ? and consulting in all aspect's. I prefer a hands on approach. From looking at the venue, walking our clients through there choices. And by being there for the first time to honestly remove any stress. Ideas and spot on execution are hallmark's that you will see from the beginning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As you look at price, services, and Staff please remember you usually get what you pay for. Reputation alone makes or breaks any small business. Talk with the Company and make sure there promise meets your requirements.
